Training Position Education dipl. Nursing Specialist HF shortened or three-year variant ## Spital Schwyz - an attractive employer. For the study start Winter (KW 4) or Spring (KW 15) in 2027, we are filling   six training positions for dipl. Nursing Specialist HF ## Tasks ## Nursing Specialists HF bear technical responsibility throughout the nursing process. They are responsible for planning, executing, delegating, and monitoring nursing measures. After gathering detailed information about the nursing needs and requirements of patients, they create a nursing concept. In the team, they implement nursing measures and monitor their effect and success. They closely observe the course of the disease and the recovery process. In nursing documentation, they record the latest developments daily and share their knowledge during ward reports and doctor's visits. Nursing Specialists HF are constantly confronted with challenging situations in their work: They support patients who are in different physical and mental conditions and accompany people in all life situations.   Requirements ## For the shortened study program (start Winter & Spring), a degree as a health specialist EFZ, as well as an internship in the acute care sector, are required.    For the 3-year training (start Winter), we are looking for people without a FaGe degree, with the following requirements: • Degree from a minimum 3-year vocational training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or • Vocational baccalaureate or gymnasial maturity Our learning support ## During the study, you can gain experience on nursing stations of various disciplines at Spital Schwyz. You will be closely accompanied by our experienced vocational training staff on the nursing stations during the internships. Throughout the entire training period, the support of a practice teacher ensures the accompaniment of your individual learning process.
