B Your tasks include: • The deputy technical and organizational team leadership of the nursing team • The accompaniment, support and strengthening of employees in everyday nursing care • The active co-shaping of team development as well as clear, appreciative cooperation • Distributing warmth and appreciation • Contact person for employees, customers, relatives and treatment team • Technical support in complex psychiatric situations, crises and challenging courses • Leading team meetings, case discussions and professional exchanges • Ensuring professional, client-centered and very high-quality care • The further development of nursing quality, internal processes and clean documentation • The coordination with treatment teams, schools, authorities and other involved agencies • Active participation in direct care with assumption of case management and parent coaching • The deputy representation of the management in their absence • Contributing your own ideas so that the Spitex ToDo can develop professionally, humanly and organizationally -AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING, A HEART ?
