Your tasks: • Plan and organize agricultural operations • Lead employees and distribute work • Monitor animals, plants and fields • Manage feed, seeds and operating resources • Coordinate machines and equipment • Control work processes and quality • Monitor budget, costs and revenues • Process orders, deliveries and documents Your profile: • Agricultural training (e.g. farmer) with further education an advantage • Knowledge of animal husbandry, crop production, machinery and business management • Organization, planning, employee management, problem-solving and economic thinking • Good German language skills in word and writing • Responsible, reliable, independent and resilient • Interest in nature/agriculture and technical understanding Interested?
