We are looking for the following profile for one of our clients: Head of Wealth Planning and Wealth Advisory 80-100% (M/F) - PERMANENT POSITION # Your mission: Our client, a recognized Swiss banking player, accompanies a demanding clientele composed of wealthy individuals, entrepreneurs, and families in their long-term wealth reflections. As part of the development of its activities, we are looking for a Head of Wealth Planning and Wealth Advisory to lead a team of specialists and actively contribute to the development of a high value-added activity. Your mission: As a team leader and business expert, you play a key role in supporting clients and in developing the skills of your employees. You intervene on complex wealth issues while contributing to the implementation of the institution's strategy. Your main responsibilities: \- Supervise, support, and develop a team of specialists \- Translate strategic orientations into clear and mobilizing objectives \- Promote engagement, performance, and the skill development of employees \- Accompany a clientele of entrepreneurs, executives, and families on complex wealth issues \- Advise clients in the fields of pension, retirement, taxation, and wealth transfer \- Develop and strengthen relationships with clients thanks to your expertise and your network \- Collaborate closely with the wealth management, private banking, and corporate banking teams \- Promote a healthy risk culture in compliance with current regulatory requirements Your profile: \- University or higher education in the fields of finance, taxation, wealth management, or training deemed equivalent in Switzerland \- Proven experience in wealth planning, estate planning, or complex wealth advisory \- Solid experience with entrepreneurs \- Successful experience in managing, supervising, or developing teams \- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to convince and to unite \- Sense of business development and taste for networking \- Strategic vision, spirit of initiative, and results orientation \- Perfect mastery of French and German Start date: \- Immediately or to be agreed Do you wish to put your wealth expertise, your leadership, and your vision at the service of a demanding clientele?
