• Implementation of individual and resource-oriented care for patients and residents
• Specialist support for medical procedures and therapeutic measures
• Observation and documentation of the physical and mental condition of patients
• Close cooperation with doctors, nursing professionals, and other professions to ensure the best possible patient care
• Accompaniment of patients and relatives in challenging situations

Your profile: {#h-your-profile}

• Completed training as a specialist in health EFZ
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, or Spitex is an advantage
• High professional competence and commitment to qualitative patient care
• Empathy, sense of responsibility, and team skills
• Very good German language skills
