At AG Lineartechnik, you will ensure the smooth operation of our plants and infrastructure, undertake preventive maintenance as well as the rapid rectification of malfunctions, and contribute to compliance with environmental specifications and the optimization of our processes. Your area of responsibility Independent performance of monitoring, maintenance, and repair work on production plants, machines, and infrastructure Analysis, troubleshooting, and fault rectification to ensure smooth plant operation Diagnosis of technical problems and initiation of appropriate measures Optimization and continuous improvement of the plants and processes of technical workflows Documentation of the work performed, including reporting relevant deviations and suggestions for improvement Assistance with installations, conversions, and commissioning of new machines and plants Ensuring operational safety through compliance with guidelines and safety regulations Close cooperation with production, technology, and external partners to ensure an efficient flow of information and stable processes Execution of emergency maintenance work, if required, in cooperation with external service providers Your profile Completed technical training, polymechanic or comparable Forklift driving qualification an advantage Experience in preventive maintenance, preferably of machine tools Experience in control technology an advantage Very good knowledge in the field of hydraulics / pneumatics Knowledge in the field of welding desired High sense of responsibility and a structured, independent way of working and quality awareness Quick comprehension and high self-motivation Team player, independent, flexible, and resilient Good PC skills Willingness for on-call duty Good German skills in speaking and writing Your perspective ®!
