The Reduced Risk Products category is growing in importance and offers exciting opportunities to innovate and create superior consumer experiences. As Product Flavor Design Manager, you will lead several product development projects specifically on Heated Tobacco Products as well as on Reduced Risk Product categories, while contributing to the development of future-ready capabilities and processes. • Lead product development projects on Heated Tobacco Products, nicotine pouches, and emerging product platforms

• Experience in product development, sensory science, consumer insights, innovation, category management, flavor development, or related fields
• Solid knowledge of product development and innovation processes
• Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting sensory, consumer, market, and technical data
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate consumer insights and strategic objectives into actionable product plans, while effectively managing multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment
