Zimmerwald (home office) | 80-100% (job sharing possible) Your contribution • Define, maintain and communicate the technical vision, ICT strategy and the ICT architecture roadmap of the Cyber and Electromagnetic Actions (ACE) division • Collaborate closely with all internal and external stakeholders in the sector, promote knowledge exchange among ICT architects as well as direct and manage integration projects on the platform • Plan and develop efficient and robust ICT architectures and services in close collaboration with agile teams and solution architects, taking into account needs as well as cost-effectiveness within the framework of the ACE corporate strategy • Introduce and further develop architecture principles to ensure consistency, reuse and reduction of redundancies as well as to ensure cross-sector orientation of non-functional requirements (security, quality, performance, operation) in all solutions • Provide advice to stakeholders (specialist sector, IT, security) on issues related to technological investments and the modernization roadmap <br /> What distinguishes you • University degree or degree from a university of applied sciences in a technical or economic field and certifications in the field of security, architecture, modeling or service design in the ICT field • Several years of experience as an ICT architect within an IT platform in a corporate environment or an automated and coordinated IT provider environment • Enthusiasm for agile forms of work (e.g., SAFe), a mindset oriented towards pragmatism and excellent communication skills • Impeccable reputation and the ability to integrate into an information acquisition environment where discretion is required • Good knowledge of at least a second official language; passive knowledge of a third official language is an advantage <br /> In summary The Cyber and Electromagnetic Actions (ACE) service is responsible for the sectors of electronic intelligence, cyberspace operations and cryptology and acquires information for the intelligence services of the DDPS (Defence, Population Protection and Sport) and for other authorized federal bodies. As an ICT architect, you will work in a small dynamic team, in which you will contribute to the creation and further development of electronic intelligence systems and accompany the agile transformation of the ACE service.
