Junior Project Manager Construction and Maintenance

Job Information Our diverse logistics buildings and building technology systems are monitored and controlled by a central department at the Altishofen location. To support the various systems as well as the processing of projects in this area, we are looking for you to strengthen the team as a Junior Project Manager Construction and Maintenance (a). Area of Responsibility • Independent management of sub-projects and overall projects in the new construction and renovation sector • Execution scheduling, construction site logistics, as well as cost planning and cost tracking • Conducting construction meetings including minute-taking • You create construction/performance descriptions and tenders • You coordinate specialist planners and internal as well as external tradespeople • You organize and supervise the work on the construction site and ensure compliance with our quality requirements • You monitor standards and safety regulations, deadlines, and costs • You hand over the construction project including defect rectification and warranty acceptance Requirement Profile • Completed training in the construction sector • Ideally initial professional experience in construction management or a comparable function • Further training in the field of construction management, construction planning, or construction management is an advantage • Independent, structured, and responsible way of working paired with assertiveness • Strong cost and quality awareness as well as high team and communication skills • High social competence, leadership strength, and quick comprehension • Practice-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality and focus on order and safety on the construction site • Willingness to travel, predominantly within Switzerland • Very good German skills in speaking and writing; further language skills are an advantage Offer • Professional infrastructure and working methods • Innovative, exciting projects • Flat hierarchies and collegial interaction • Individual development opportunities • Working in interdisciplinary teams
