Important notes: Fixed-term for 1 year, with option for extension What you move • Collaboration in the areas of hot and cold kitchen, patisserie, food service as well as in the dishwashing area • Independent preparation of meals according to specified recipes as well as ensuring our quality standards • Collaboration in the cash register area and active support in daily operations • Support in the training and guidance of our apprentices • Preparation and execution of banquets, events and catering orders • Assistance with goods receipt, inventory management as well as the professional storage of food • Implementation and compliance with HACCP hygiene guidelines as well as ensuring highest hygiene and quality standards What you bring • Education: Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ) • Specialization: Koch/ Köchin • Professional experience: At least 2 years of sound professional experience in communal catering is an advantage • Passion for teamwork as well as pleasure in contributing ideas and experiences and continuously developing oneself • Independent, committed way of working and the ability to keep a cool head even in hectic situations • A well-groomed appearance as well as a strong service orientation • High standards for quality, hygiene, cleanliness and order as well as a strong sense of responsibility • German (A2) What we offer you • Central workplace: Our locations are directly connected to the highway or public transport • Fair wages: We pay a market-oriented and fair wage.
