R&D Project Manager (M/F) - Series Life & New Products

Introduction ## For our Research & Development division, we are looking for an R&D Project Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to provide R&D support regarding process evolutions or performance deviations in watch decoration, detected in manufacturing flows. Working in a team with our designers and materials engineers, and in close collaboration with the Quality and Production departments, you will be responsible for leading the reliability process. You will take charge of risk management as well as the analysis of results from the tests you will deploy, in order to develop the best solutions. In a spirit of continuous improvement, you will also join expertise teams with the objective of developing professional knowledge and thus participate in the evolution of Rolex know-how. *Responsibilities* ## • Drive risk management with regard to design, the industrial environment, and the performance targets to be achieved • Conduct, based on numerical trials, experimental tests, and experimental designs, an approach aimed at quantifying the robustness of the watch over its entire life cycle • Implement scientific, statistical, and reliability approaches to support analyses and provide solid argumentation • Be proactive and a stakeholder in the industrialization phases in order to participate in the analysis and processing of performance deviations in the production flow • Formalize results and communicate them through technical reports and presentations • Evolve and perpetuate professional knowledge *Profile* ## • HES/EPF engineering degree in physics, mechanics, microtechnology, or a training deemed equivalent • Technical and scientific ease, particularly on the themes of mechanics, measurement, and characterization • Good knowledge of strength of materials, design, and statistical analysis • Experience in project management, with the ability to manage several projects in parallel • Ability to formulate hypotheses, build models, and verify them • Taste for teamwork; curious, open-minded person who likes to take on challenges • Pragmatic and determined person, possessing a sense of responsibility and the ability to be proactive • Versatility, autonomy, and rigor, with a strong spirit of analysis and synthesis Conclusion ## We offer you a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions, solutions for flexible working hours, and first-class social benefits.
