Job Description As Deputy Director, you will take on a central leadership role within the private clinic and, together with the directorate, bear responsibility for the successful further development of the business. You will actively shape the operational management and ensure high-quality, economical and patient-oriented service delivery. Your main tasks include: Operational management of selected clinical and non-clinical areas. Assuming the deputy role of the Director in strategic, organizational and operational issues. Responsibility for the financial management and performance of your assigned areas, including budget planning, forecasting and economic analyses. Leadership and further development of managers and teams with a focus on quality, efficiency and service excellence. Ensuring close cooperation between medical departments, corporate functions and external partners. Coordination and further development of processes as well as leading cross-departmental optimization and change projects. Co-shaping and implementation of the corporate strategy as well as supporting the directorate in strategic initiatives. Qualifications For this demanding leadership position, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded personality with proven leadership experience in healthcare. You possess: A university degree in health management, business administration, healthcare management or a comparable field. Several years of leadership and management experience in a clinic, a hospital or a comparable healthcare institution. Sound knowledge in financial management, controlling and business management in healthcare. Demonstrable experience in responsibility for budgets, result management and economic optimization of organizational units. A strong understanding of the regulatory, tariff-related and health policy framework conditions of the healthcare system. High social and leadership competence as well as experience in leading managers. Proven competence in project and change management. Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic understanding and the ability to combine operational excellence with economic success. A confident appearance towards physicians, employees, partners and external stakeholders. Very good German skills as well as ideally good French, Italian and/or English skills.
