Integration Consultant / Job Coach (50-60%) fixed-term until end of 2027

Do you want to accompany people on their way back into the labor market and create sustainable perspectives? Die Stiftung dreischiibe is an innovative, non-profit social enterprise. In our versatile service and commercial center in Herisau, St. Gallen and Flawil, we create professional and personal perspectives for people with mental impairments at 220 work, training and integration positions. In the day center and the meeting center, we promote social integration with over 63 visitor places. On behalf of the Invalidenversicherung and other referral agencies, we accompany people with mental impairments on their way into the regular labor market. We support apprentices during their training, in internships and during career entry, as well as adults in building their working capacity and re-entering professional life. In doing so, we work closely with employers and other partners of the regular labor market. To cover maternity leave, we are looking for an experienced personality, starting immediately or by arrangement, as Integration Consultant / Job Coach (50-60%) fixed-term until end of 2027 ## Your tasks • You accompany people from IV measures and other referral agencies from entry to integration into the regular labor market. • Together with clients and employers, you coordinate the entire integration process. • You organize internships, work training, training positions and job starts. • You work closely with internal and external stakeholders. • You support working professionals in maintaining their workplace or in professional reorientation. • You actively maintain your network with employers and referral agencies and further develop our integration offering. Your profile • You have a completed vocational training EFZ as well as at least five years of professional experience in a commercial or social environment. • You have training or further education in the field of job coaching, work pedagogy, job placement or counseling, or are willing to undergo further training in this area. • You apply experience in the labor integration of people with mental impairments as well as knowledge of social insurance and labor law confidently in your daily work. • High social and advisory competence and an appreciative basic attitude characterize you. • You communicate confidently and present yourself convincingly. • You approach your tasks independently, structured and responsibly. • You enjoy working with different stakeholders and networking is a matter of course for you. • You possess a category B driver's license and your own car.
