The Finance Department of the Canton of Schaffhausen, through the tax and finance sector, ensures the provision of financial resources and maintains a stable cantonal budget. On the other hand, our tasks include the protection and security of the population, ensuring peace and order, military, civil and population protection, as well as building insurance. The personnel area also holds a high priority. Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for: Digitalization Manager (m/f), 100%, initially fixed-term for 4 years What awaits you • Management, coordination, implementation and support of various digitalization and IT projects in the Finance Department (initially particularly in the finance and personnel sectors) • Analysis, optimization and digital mapping of our business processes in the existing systems, such as Abacus, GEVER, financial accounting system AXIANS Infoma from Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Responsibility for release management, testing and quality assurance of the system landscape • Coordination of system adjustments and introduction of new functions and processes • Support and further development of the system landscape and interface management between the different specialist applications • Ensuring the continuous further development of operational ICT in the Finance Department in close cooperation with the Digital Administration Schaffhausen and Informatik Schaffhausen What you bring with you • Completed training or studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable specialization.
