Demonstrable experience in independent, structured, and solution-oriented construction and project management of complex civil engineering projects. Strong communication and negotiation-capable leadership personality with a confident appearance, assertiveness, and high resilience. Conceptual strength paired with high implementation power, stylish expression in German, as well as very good IT user skills (MS Office, ideally GemDat, NSP, CMI).
