To strengthen our team, we are looking for an agreement on a Group Leader Agogics - Pharma 100% (m/w/d) Your tasks You accompany and empower a team of employees with disabilities and support participation and involvement in the work process You develop individual target and action plans for people with disabilities and support their implementation, including documentation in the client information system You promote team development and support employees in their personal and professional development.
