YOUR OBJECTIVES Systematically identify the needs and resources of the resident, within a Psychiatric unit of advanced age composed of 27 beds. Use your nursing leadership to coordinate the daily organization of care, the team and the living space of residents. Participate in the various development projects of the service. Develop care objectives with the resident and their loved ones, taking into account a global therapeutic project. Decide on care actions with the resident, their loved ones, the interdisciplinary team based on care objectives.
