Cleaning Agent in Station

Contribute to the satisfaction of our customers by working autonomously on cleaning and waste disposal in stations and other assigned objects and be able to work without restriction in the security zone or in the track area. Be responsible for cleanliness, order and the elimination of acts of vandalism in such a way that our customers feel a sense of security when visiting our stations and other objects. Operate all vehicles, work and cleaning machines in accordance with safety regulations, and use them with the required care. Ensure that procedures, working methods and cleaning protocols are applied by oneself and by colleagues. Main tasks Execute assigned tasks, alone or in a team, with care and with high quality. Identify defects/shortages, remedy them with one's own means or report them in accordance with regulations Assume responsibility for the legal use of cleaning machines and work tools, use them with the required care and implement them in accordance with regulations. Act in a professional manner and advise SBB customers in an appropriate manner for any questions in and around the station.
