Actively help shape the data and integration platforms of the Universitätsspital Zürich and create the technological foundation for the digital hospital of the future. In the Data & Integration Platform Team, you will develop and operate the Data Platform of Platforms (DPoP) as well as the Integration Platform and ensure its secure, stable, and scalable operation for Data and API Engineers. The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed every day to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • Construction, operation and continuous further development of the Data Platform of Platforms (DPoP) and Integration Platform (MuleSoft Anlypoint Platform) on a private VMware-vSphere infrastructure • Construction, operation and further development of the DevSecOps stack and its integration into the platforms • Further development of platform, deployment and operation processes with a focus on automation, stability and scalability • Ensuring platform security, performance, observability and service levels using modern DevOps and monitoring tools • Close cooperation with Platform Engineers, Data Engineers, API Engineers and product teams as well as support with onboarding and the respective user groups Your profile • University or university of applied sciences degree in computer science, business informatics, medical informatics or comparable training • Several years of experience in the construction, operation and further development of data platforms, platform services or data-intensive infrastructures • Sound experience with SQL-Server as well as in-depth knowledge in database operation, performance tuning and platform administration • Experience with modern data stack and platform technologies such as Airflow, Trino/Starburst, Spark, DataHub, Power BI or comparable solutions • Good knowledge of Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, CI/CD and DevOps tooling such as GitLab, ArgoCD, Vault, Grafana or Prometheus • Structured, communicative and solution-oriented personality with high personal responsibility and a strong sense of quality and security as well as familiarity with agile working methods • Very good German and English skills Our benefits We look forward to your application Daniel Buschor Recruiting About the USZ Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz.
