Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing with 5-axis turning/milling

Activity + Programming, setting up and operating 5-axis turning/milling centers (DMG Mori) + Processing of nickel and cobalt-based alloys + CNC programming at the machine and CAM workstation + Manufacturing of fixtures, clamping jigs and prototypes + Quality inspection and documentation of the manufactured parts + Maintenance and care of the machines as well as ensuring order and cleanliness • Requirements + Training as Polymechanic EFZ or comparable + Several years of experience in mechanical processing + Good knowledge of Siemens controls and Mastercam + Independent, precise and quality-conscious way of working + Team player, reliable and resilient + Very good German skills + Willingness to work 2-shift work and multi-machine operation • Offer A very independent activity in a dynamic, varied environment awaits you.
