What you move You develop solutions for our new Warehouse Management System (WMS) together with our business and use your professional perspective on data, processes, structures and functions Based on Change Request, you transform needs into concrete IT requirements, create feasibility studies, define application and test scenarios as well as user or tech stories for the development team (frontend and backend) You keep performance optimization and a stable system landscape in the logistics area of the Planzer Gruppe firmly in view Together with the development and tester team, you implement suitable product increments and added value for the business within the sprints Technical documentation, tests are also part of your area of responsibility The coordination of issues/incidents with the 2nd and/or 3rd level support does not cause you any headaches Why you succeed Analytical thinking, organizational talent and an independent, process-oriented way of working characterize you You have completed training in computer science (EFZ, HF, FH, Bachelor or similar) and already have initial professional experience as a Requirement Engineer You approach challenges in a solution-oriented and pragmatic manner – methodical thinking is your strength You are at home in agile work processes such as SCRUM or KANBAN, tools such as Azure DevOps are part of your daily work You are a team player with a sense of responsibility, strong social competence, initiative and convincing communication skills at all levels You communicate confidently in German (min. C1) and English (min.
