Your field of activity • Overall operational management: Efficient, cost-conscious and goal-oriented management of site operations • Event management: Organization, coordination and realization of versatile cultural, gastro and business events with 10 to 10,000 guests • Rental & marketing: Support of the existing tenant mix and acquisition of innovative tenants • Site management: Ensuring maintenance and leading facility management • Site positioning: Sustainable site positioning as a lively meeting point for work, living and leisure • Interface to transformation: Close coordination of operational requirements with the project managers from development and realization, in order to optimally link the phased repurposing (e.g. first construction stages warehouse and cookery) with daily operations What you bring with you • Entrepreneurial gene: Strategic thinking, commercial action and a passion for developing a new living space • Leadership experience: Leadership experience in the real estate, tourism or event sector • Negotiation skills: Strong in communication and confident in exchange and during negotiations with tenants, owners, authorities, partners and external service providers. • Organizational talent: Flexible, highly resilient and capable of driving several projects forward in parallel • Regional anchoring: Network in the Solothurn area or experience with industrial wasteland transformations is a plus Do you want to make visions become reality?
