To complete our team at the Watt school facility, we are looking for a service-oriented personality as a YOUR TASKS IN THIS FUNCTION ARE: • The organization of daily activities on site. You coordinate maintenance and upkeep work and support the site manager in the implementation of operational objectives. • The maintenance and upkeep of sports facilities as well as green spaces and hard surfaces • The guarantee of structural and technical maintenance as well as repair work • The guarantee of professional and environmentally friendly waste disposal • Support during the execution of maintenance, intermediate and deep cleanings in the assigned buildings and facilities • The execution of winter services to ensure safe traffic and access routes • Professional support and participation in the management of cleaning teams • Collaboration in the implementation and development of operation and maintenance concepts in cooperation with the hierarchical superior. YOUR PROFILE MATCHES PERFECTLY IF YOU: • Have completed training as a CFC operational maintenance specialist, maintenance service orientation, or an equivalent training. • Ideally, have followed the concierge training with federal certificate of capacity (CFC) and possess the qualification of professional trainer. • Have already acquired initial professional experience and enjoy the varied requirements of a school operation. • Convince with your commitment, your marked service orientation as well as your reliable and respectful manner. • Like to take on responsibilities and appreciate the professional supervision of cleaning staff and apprentices. • Work autonomously, efficiently and solution-oriented, while maintaining an overview even in demanding situations. • Possess good IT knowledge and ideally a category B driver's license.
