Your mission Within multidisciplinary teams, you will support beneficiaries in their homes to ensure their comfort, safety, and maintenance of their autonomy. As such, you will be required to: • Perform hygiene and comfort care. • Accompany beneficiaries in activities of daily living. • Participate in the maintenance of their autonomy and quality of life. • Observe the general condition of patients and transmit information to the nursing team. • Respect care protocols as well as hygiene and safety rules. \------- Profile sought: Your profile • CRS 120h Health Care Assistant certificate or recognized equivalent diploma. • Initial experience in home care is a real asset. • You demonstrate empathy, benevolence, and excellent interpersonal skills. • You are autonomous, organized, and enjoy teamwork. • Driver's license and personal vehicle a plus for travel between homes.
