Schermenwaldstrasse 13, 3063 Ittigen (and home office) \| 80-100% What you can contribute to • Manage collaboration and workspace within the Swiss Army, whether it's needs analysis, strategy, implementation phase or effectiveness control • Ensure that Swiss Army/Groupement Défense personnel (and later militia) have a physical and digital workspace adapted to their needs • Quickly and regularly analyze the initial situation and difficulties with the various army beneficiaries; identify areas where good solutions already exist and those that need improvement, always keeping a uniform and consistent overall view • Define projects and pilot trials related to workspace and collaboration, prioritize, launch or integrate them within all organizational units of the Swiss Army, in collaboration with various partners and stakeholders • Find and apply the best solutions for the Swiss Army with determination and pragmatism, taking into account both the general framework of the federal administration and its evolution (it must adapt quickly to new situations) • Closely collaborate with counterparts from the Transformation and Innovation Defense domain <br /> What makes you unique • Degree from a university of applied sciences (university, HES, EPF) in business economics, public administration, work and organizational psychology, management informatics or a similar field • Several years of experience in designing, introducing and managing collaboration forms and work environments within complex public organizations or state-related companies • Solid methodological skills in workspace design, equipment, installation and adaptation, including experience in change management and use of tools that are not limited to M365 • Practical experience in transposing concepts into simple and widely accepted standards, working methods and services • Experience, ideally, in lateral leadership, ambassador role, communication and stakeholder management at a high management level • Active knowledge of at least one second official language (level B2), if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language and knowledge of English (level B2 or higher) <br /> In a few words The Transformation and Innovation D domain is the driver of the development of Groupement Défense. The team deals with important transformation topics on behalf of the Swiss Army, promotes them internally and externally, provides concrete solutions to end users and continuously develops structures and tools that meet their needs. In your new function, you will successfully manage collaboration and workspace. You will handle related topics within an agile team and coordinate stakeholders and projects at the organizational level. You will also ensure that Groupement Défense personnel have a modern and adapted work environment.
