Building and infrastructure maintenance technician CFC in a technical building field or training deemed equivalent (a CFC as a sanitary installer is an asset). 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. Good command of standard IT tools (knowledge of GMAO and GTC is an asset). Holder of category B driver's license. Good physical condition. Autonomous, rigorous, versatile person with a good team spirit. Maintain and inspect HVAC installations as well as equipment related to infrastructure. Perform machine connections (industrial water, pneumatic, and ventilation). Participate in relocations and the installation of production machines. Intervene quickly in the event of critical breakdowns. Follow and carry out projects related to buildings.
