September 2026 or by arrangement Work location: Le Landeron Das Massnahmenzentrum St. Johannsen is a therapeutic center for adult male offenders with mental disorders and/or an addiction. Your tasks With its social-therapeutic work, sociotherapy complements effective offender therapy in life management, everyday life, and leisure time. In a team of 7 people, you will care for convicted men in the reference person system who are in a difficult life situation and exhibit special psychological characteristics. In your daily work, collaboration with our internal departments (psychotherapy, work agogics, and sociotherapy) as well as external contact persons (probation and enforcement services, social services, etc.) is an important component. Various administrative tasks also await you. Your profile You have a recognized degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, Pedagogy, or Psychology. You are a flexible, team-oriented, resilient, and steadfast personality who possesses high social competence, a good ability to set boundaries (closeness/distance) and assertiveness, and who takes responsibility in daily work. You prefer irregular working hours (incl. weekends, on-call duty; no night shifts). Furthermore, you have very good editorial skills, bring good MS-Office knowledge, and are willing to familiarize yourself with new programs.
