In an interdisciplinary team, with qualified nurses, housekeeping and care staff and case management by your side, it is intended to be a new form of working that is contemporary and allows for the necessary flexibility, but also structure and continuity. You possess the following qualifications: completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ or equivalent training, ideally Spitex experience, strong professional and social competence, independent and responsible way of working, valid driving license category B. Your tasks: As a competent healthcare specialist, you take responsibility in the care and nursing, including preventive support, of our clients at home. You independently carry out basic and treatment care according to the care plan. As a communicative personality, you also find the active cooperation and exchange of information with the case-leading person in charge as well as the care team easy.
