Nursing Specialist HF 40 -100% with Day-to-Day Responsibility Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our nursing guidelines and the nursing process • Taking on tasks as a reference person for nursing • Responsibility and control of the nursing process for the assigned guests, including the nursing needs assessment RAI/BESA • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach • Planning and accompanying doctor's visits • Taking on day-to-day responsibility with coordination of the day team • Leading case discussions and nursing reports • Taking on tasks as a theme bearer in a specialist subject and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality • Willingness for night shifts Your profile • Completed training as a dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI/BESA knowledge is desirable or willingness to attend these courses (paid) • Professional experience in Spitex/Inhouse Spitex is desirable • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in varied challenges • Good knowledge of German in word and writing Why Tertianum?
