MOTOREX develops and produces high-quality lubricants for the smooth operation of high-performance machines and vehicles. The Swiss company with its headquarters in Langenthal, Switzerland employs around 400 employees, operates its own research and development center in Switzerland and other production plants in Europe. We are looking for a committed personality who wants to demonstrate their analytical skills, customer orientation and quality awareness in our laboratory in a dynamic environment. Field of action • Independent and flexible work based on test plans and work instructions • Collaboration and support in development tasks, quality control and customer sample analysis • Accompanying production processes to ensure and optimize quality • Proper operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment and optimization of methods • Working with modern computer systems such as SAP and laboratory management software (LIMS) • Ongoing improvement of processes in close cooperation with process managers to maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 • Opportunities for further development within the laboratory team Requirements • Experience in the chemical industry, preferably in a laboratory • Exact, systematic and reliable working method • Pronounced process understanding and quick grasp • Open, resilient and communicative personality with team spirit • Daily routine in handling computers and computer systems • Willingness to work occasional shifts • Good German and English language skills in word and writing Advantages of the position • A varied and challenging activity in a successful, solid Swiss and increasingly internationally active family business • A collegial and international team that gives its all every day and doesn't lose its sense of humor even in stressful times • Free parking and good connections to public transport
