Quality Assurance & Food Safety Specialist

To reinforce our dedicated quality team, we are looking for a motivated, quality-conscious personality as "Quality Assurance & Food Safety Specialist" (m/f/d, 80%) for our location in Burgdorf, starting immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile role, you will make a decisive contribution to ensuring and further developing our quality and food safety standards. In close cooperation with production, process technology, and quality assurance, you will take on a key role as a competent contact person for internal and external partners. Your tasks in detail: • Maintenance, monitoring, and continuous development of the quality management system according to Givaudan standards, HACCP, and GFSI (FSSC 22000) • Preparation, support, and follow-up of internal and external audits as well as certifications • Maintenance and management of Kosher, Halal, and Bio certifications • Execution and documentation of deviation analyses, root cause analysis, and corrective measures • Creation, updating, and training of relevant quality and food safety documents • Support in the data-based evaluation of quality KPIs as well as participation in continuous improvement initiatives Your professional profile: • Completed training or studies in the food sector, ideally with a focus on quality management or food safety • At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable function in the food industry • Sound knowledge in the field of HACCP as well as experience in dealing with audits and certifications • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form • Good MS Excel skills as well as affinity for analytical questions • Structured, careful, and solution-oriented way of working with high personal responsibility and team spirit What distinguishes Naturex? • Exciting training and further education opportunities • 20% discount on REKA Checks • Free parking at our locations
