Your tasks consist of • professionally nursing and caring for residents and supporting their relatives with advice and assistance. • ensuring the nursing process and high-quality care. • independently organizing the living area (day-to-day management). • supporting the team in carrying out nursing and medical tasks. • taking on teaching and instructional tasks and ensuring up-to-date knowledge management. You are a good fit for us if you • have a degree as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau / dipl. Pflegefachmann (HF, DN II, AKP) or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing FH. • ideally have professional experience in long-term care and in dealing with people with dementia. • are willing to take on responsibility and show commitment. • can think innovatively and creatively and act professionally. • are flexible, motivated, team-oriented, and resident-focused. • have very good spoken and written German language skills.
