In this role, you will ensure operational operations and strategically further develop the General Secretariat of the Stiftung 2. Säule swissstaffing. You will coordinate cooperation with our partner organizations, accompany strategic projects, and support the Board of Trustees in the further development of the pension fund. Together with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure professional, future-oriented management of the foundation. We look forward to shaping the future of occupational pension schemes together with you! Your tasks • Responsible for the General Secretariat of the Stiftung 2. Säule swissstaffing • Management, monitoring, and coordination of the pension fund partners and service providers • Strategic further development of the pension fund in cooperation with the President of the Board of Trustees, the Board of Trustees, and the Investment Commission • Development, support, and prioritization of the project portfolio as well as management of strategic projects • Technical collaboration and accompaniment of projects for the further development of the foundation • Organization, preparation, and minute-taking of Board of Trustees, Investment Commission, and training meetings • Construction and maintenance of professional documentation regarding the foundation and its processes • Editing of annual reports, specialist articles, and other communication media • Organization of events and training formats of the foundation • Central contact person for the Board of Trustees, association, members, and partner organizations on issues of occupational pension schemes • Maintenance and further development of relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Observation of relevant developments in the pension sector as well as participation in specialist events and further training What you bring • Several years of professional experience, ideally in a comparable function in a pension, insurance, or association environment • Experience in project portfolio and project management • University degree in business administration with corresponding further training in the field of social insurance.
