The Stiftung Heilsarmee Schweiz is a Christian non-profit organization and operates the Obstgarten residential home in Rombach with 33 residential and 45 day structure places. To complement our care team in the day structure in the «Wörkschop», we are looking for a work agogist. Your tasks ### • Reference person work • Needs- and resource-oriented support in work accompaniment • Individual, holistic development planning and documentation • Support with everyday and social integration • Active co-design as well as further development of the offers What you bring with you ### • Completed training in work agogics, or social pedagogy with profound specialist knowledge and practical relevance • Professional experience in the support and accompaniment of people with mental impairments • Independent, structured and solution-oriented action with high reliability • Joy and commitment to creative work and designing new products • Calm, prudence even in demanding or stressful situations • Openness and communicative skills • Driver's license of category B for flexible assignments • Confident handling of common IT programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Identification with the values of the Heilsarmee and willingness to actively contribute these to everyday work  What we offer you ### • Varied tasks in an exciting field of activity with daily new challenges • Co-design in an innovative company.
