Absence management
Management and monitoring of sickness and accident absences
Monitoring of long-term absences and complex situations
Administrative management of employee files
Coordination with the various insurances and relevant organizations
Rigorous monitoring of deadlines and documents
Management and monitoring of holidays
Updating of data in HR tools
Social insurance
Administrative management of the various social insurances
Monitoring of sickness, accident files and other individual situations
Coordination with internal and external interlocutors
Control and monitoring of benefits and files
Good understanding of the Swiss social insurance system
HR Administration
Administrative management of the employee life cycle
Updating and monitoring of HR data
Production and monitoring of various administrative documents
Support to employees and managers on HR issues
Participation in the improvement and formalization of processes
Profile sought
Approximately 10 years of HR experience
Solid experience in personnel administration
Expertise particularly sought in absence management
Very good knowledge of Swiss social insurance
Experience with large populations and/or complex individual situations
Experience in a foundation, association, social institution, or similar environment constitutes a real advantage
Education
HR Assistant Certificate / HR Certificate or equivalent training desired
The Federal HR Diploma is not mandatory
