Nurse in EMS

Mandated by several of our clients in Genève and in the canton of Vaud we are looking for

Nurse in EMS

• You hold an HES Nurse diploma or a foreign diploma with mandatory recognition from the Swiss Red Cross
• You have at least two years of experience in care, ideally acquired within an EMS in Switzerland
• Attentive, calm and benevolent, you know how to manage emergency situations with professionalism and place the human relationship at the heart of your practice
• You have skills in nursing care and basic techniques.
• You enjoy teamwork, possess excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate a great capacity to adapt to field realities.
• Proficiency in software such as SADIES constitutes an additional asset
• You ensure the preparation and administration of treatments in strict compliance with current protocols and safety rules.
• You perform basic care as well as the necessary technical acts within the framework of an EMS.
• You pay particular attention to the quality of your exchanges with residents and their relatives
• You participate actively in the development and follow-up of individualized life projects, ensuring respect for the needs and choices of each person
