In this role, you are the first point of contact in the People Team and thus take on a key interface function. Tasks • Responsibility for the operational implementation of all HR processes around the Employee Life Cycle from entry and exit as well as for changes • Organization of the onboarding process including employee information • Ensuring service-oriented communication with our employees, managers, and applicants, and reliable processing of all inquiries • Ensuring high data quality in our core systems (such as Workday, RTM, and Abacus) • Administration of time management RTM including creation of evaluations for HR controlling • Processing and handling of absences as well as responsibility in sickness and accident management in UKA Solution and other administrative HR tasks Strengths • Commercial basic training with further education in HR and/or 3-5 years of professional experience in HR • Reliable and team-oriented personality with high quality standards • Native language German, F/E knowledge an advantage • Workday, Abacus, RTM knowledge an advantage • Experience in the support of trainees including vocational training course an advantage • Willingness for on-site work as well as for representation in the People Team during absences Apply now ## For questions, we are available under the phone number 052 724 17 89.
