Ideally in combination with employment as a dipl. nurse on the specialized ward 3.1 Oncology Your tasks • The care of patients and their families in complex situations characterizes a significant part of your everyday life. • You bear the professional responsibility for nursing and ensuring the quality of care. • You contribute to the further development of clinical and conceptual, evidence-based nursing. • You support and advise the nursing staff of the ward and train new employees. • As part of the management team, you assume the professional leadership responsibility for nursing development. Your profile • Diploma Nursing FH or HF • Sound professional experience, of which at least two years in pediatric-oncological nursing • Completed MAS Nursing or the willingness to complete it • Leadership experience and leadership competencies Your salary ## Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 95'000 and 115'000 Franken per year with a completed MAS Nursing. The exact salary level depends on your education and professional experience. In the course of the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may, in individual cases, also be classified below the salary range.
