Tasks As Business Manager Applications, you form the central interface between internal and external partners, IT teams, and suppliers in the area of transaction processing of our credit and debit card applications You are responsible for central processing applications and interfaces along the transaction process, particularly in the areas of Clearing & Settlement, Batch-Processing, as well as Backend systems and Gateways In close cooperation with Product Owners, development teams, and specialist departments, you actively drive the further development of our processing solutions and coordinate their functional implementation You analyze and specify the needs of stakeholders, derive functional and technical requirements from them, and accompany their implementation from definition through realization and test acceptances to successful introduction into production For the applications under your responsibility, you ensure stable and secure operation, coordinate the analysis and sustainable resolution of malfunctions, and manage the relevant suppliers and services You actively contribute new ideas, recognize optimization potential, and commit yourself to the continuous further development of our processes, applications, and services Profile Completed education at the level of Fachhochschule or University in Business Informatics, Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field of study Experience in Application Management, Business Application Management, or in a comparable IT/Service Management environment Experience in the payment transaction, card, or payments sector, as well as in cooperation with agile development teams, is an advantage Strong conceptual and technical understanding of applications, systems, and their interfaces Good analytical skills as well as experience in Requirements Engineering or Business Analysis Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as enjoyment in working with different stakeholders High quality orientation, reliability, and initiative Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form Opportunities At Viseca, you work in a dynamic and creative work environment.
