Concierge / Operations Agent (m/f) 100% \- Maintenance of the interior and exterior surfaces of buildings \- Maintenance of green spaces \- Execute inspection tasks autonomously \- Manage maintenance and upkeep activities \- Handle various requests and minor repairs \- Process daily work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets \- Monitor and accompany the execution of work by commissioned companies \- Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for the various sectors \- Manage small repair projects \- Snow removal \- Technical on-call duty according to schedule \- CFC operations agent or an equivalent title \- Several years of experience in facility management (cleaning and building technicalities) \- Good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites \- Mastery of French \- Good use of standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) \- Driver's license mandatory (service car provided) \- Autonomy, Reactivity, Priority management, Good communication \- Interpersonal and service skills \- Ability to work alone or in a team
