Job Description Holistic and individual care as well as nursing of patients in the outpatient sector in the day clinic Implementation of nursing measures according to current nursing and quality standards Ensuring basic medical care and treatment care, including medication administration and wound care Support in diagnostic and therapeutic measures in cooperation with the interdisciplinary team Responsibility for nursing planning, documentation, and reporting in the nursing information system Promotion of patient well-being through an empathetic and professional attitude Consulting and instruction of relatives in dealing with care and support Active participation in the development and optimization of work processes and nursing standards Training and support of new employees Qualifications Completed training as Dipl.
