To complement our Operations department, we are looking for a process-oriented Project Manager Industrialization for bus assembly. Do you want to see technical solutions not just on drawings, but to experience their implementation directly on the vehicle and actively help shape it? In this versatile role, you are an important link between technology and production and contribute to ensuring that new vehicles successfully find their way into series production. In doing so, a varied environment awaits you in which your technical understanding, your proximity to practice and your eye for improvements are required. You thus make a direct contribution to the quality, efficiency and further development of our vehicles and assembly processes. Your tasks ### • Taking over the interface function from technology to assembly during the manufacture of initial vehicles • Technical support of the new vehicles from receipt of order to completed introduction into the assembly line • Building and maintaining an overview of ongoing industrialization projects • Creation of change requests based on findings from the assembly of initial vehicles • Close exchange and cooperation with the Process Improvement team so that optimizations in the assembly process can be implemented Our requirements ### • Completed basic vocational training in industry • Further training in the field of automotive/vehicle technology or process technology • Several years of professional and project management experience • Good language skills in German and English • Production and process-oriented personality • Resilience and ability to work in a team • Willingness to learn new things We offer you ### • Interesting and challenging permanent employment in e-mobility • Collegial, appreciative working environment • Flexible working hours • Opportunity for further training and development • Performance-related employment conditions If you feel addressed, please send us your complete application documents including a cover letter via link ().
