YOUR AREA OF IMPACT • Needs- and customer-oriented nursing and care of patients according to the nursing process in cooperation with our partner doctors and an interprofessional team. <br /> YOUR TASKS • Competent and individual nursing and care of our patients taking into account our nursing mission statement • Independent implementation of the diagnostic as well as therapeutic measures prescribed by the doctor in cooperation with our Fachangestellte Gesundheit • Recognizing and mastering emergency situations as well as initiating adequate measures until the doctor arrives • Taking responsibility for correct patient documentation as well as information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility Within the framework of your additional function as a vocational trainer*, the following tasks await you, among others: • You accompany and support our HF-Studierenden Pflege as well as the Lernenden Fachperson Gesundheit during their practical training -- both professionally and pedagogically. • You ensure that the educational mandate is professionally implemented in the department according to the training concept. <br /> REQUIRED EDUCATION <br /> • Completed training as Dipl.
