MCR Technician

Axepta is looking for one of its best partners, a recognized player in the field of technical building installations in Genève, an MCR Technician (M/F) to strengthen its teams and participate in the commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of its regulation and GTB installations.

MCR Technician

Position:

• Ensure the commissioning, adjustment, and parameter setting of MCR installations
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of regulation equipment
• Carry out checks and tests of the installations
• Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance
• Intervene on GTB/GTC systems and automation
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, plans, and technical files
• Ensure the follow-up of interventions and complete technical reports
• Collaborate with CVC, electricity, maintenance, and operation teams
• Participate in the improvement and optimization of installations
• Be in contact with clients and various stakeholders on site

Profile:

• Technical training in the field of MCR, regulation, automation, electrotechnics, or CVC
• First successful experience in MCR / regulation / GTB, ideally in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of CVC installations and their regulation
• Ability to intervene autonomously on installations
• Analytical spirit and good diagnostic skills
• Sense of customer service and good interpersonal skills
• Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit
• Driver's license desired
• Knowledge of the Genevois environment and Swiss standards is an asset
