Together, we realize exclusive villas, residential construction, as well as projects in the hotel sector, where quality, materialization, and detail development are the focus. Your tasks • Development of execution and detail plans in all planning phases • Development of constructive solutions with high architectural standards • Coordination with specialist planners and contractors • Creation of building application plans, as well as the necessary clarifications for them You bring with you • Completed architecture studies • At least 2-4 years of experience in execution planning in Switzerland • Good knowledge of Swiss building regulations and standards • Careful and independent way of working • High motivation and joy in sophisticated architecture • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Good knowledge of the following programs: Vector Works, Rhino, Adobe/Affinity What awaits you You will take responsibility for extraordinary projects with the highest architectural standards.
