Tender Manager Job description Are you passionate about winning complex tenders and about developing, with a solid team, convincing solutions for the Swiss public sector and other major clients? Here is what motivates you in the morning: • As a Tender Manager, you strategically manage important tenders, WTO, RfP, RfI, and mini-tenders - from the initial document analysis to the Bid/No-Bid decision, the pitch summary and the qualification matrix, up to timely submission. • You orchestrate the entire tender process and bring together the sales, consulting, solution architect, delivery, finance, and other stakeholders teams. • With the Account and Solution team, you develop a convincing winning strategy and clearly highlight the benefits for the client as well as our differentiators. • You structure the content, responsibilities, and deadlines, ensuring that a coherent and convincing offer emerges from individual contributions. • You challenge the content and solutions, coordinate reviews, and ensure the quality, commercial relevance, and content of our offers. • You continuously improve our tender processes, templates, best practices, and AI-assisted working methods, actively contributing to the improvement of quality, efficiency, and success rates. We expect from you: • Several years of experience in tender management, proposal management, business operations, or a similar role, ideally in IT services or solutions as well as with WTO, RfP, RfI, or mini-tenders on the Swiss market. • Experience with complex tenders and B2B bidding processes as well as a good understanding of sales, consulting, and delivery. • You know how to quickly structure complex information, identify key success factors, and develop a convincing offer story. • You possess strong social and methodological skills, can align different stakeholders on a common goal even without direct hierarchical responsibility, and do not hesitate to constructively challenge content, deadlines, and assumptions. • You are an organizational talent, work in a structured and reliable manner, and maintain an overview of quality, deadlines, and responsibilities even under pressure. • You communicate with ease in German and English; a higher education degree in business administration, management information systems, or a similar field as well as experience with Microsoft technologies and the Swiss IT market is a plus.
