Unskilled caregiver (New position creation) In order to complete our multidisciplinary team, we are looking for the following profile for our establishment on an indefinite term contract: Unskilled caregiver (New position creation) MISSION: The unskilled care assistant contributes to providing adapted care to elderly people living in an EMS. Through their professional skills and observations, they contribute to the care process and the personalized support project of each resident. They are committed to the institution's institutional project, and their commitment promotes the integration, adaptation, and well-being of male and female residents with respect, benevolence, and dignity. The main activities are carried out under the delegation of the nursing staff: Providing basic care, hygiene, and comfort to residents in compliance with the care project, the maintenance of their autonomy, and their preserved abilities. Providing, delivering all the necessary help that allows residents to perform activities of daily living, to fulfill themselves through recreational, playful, and/or re-learning activities. Participating through their observation, communication, and written reports in the implementation and then the evaluation of the personalized support project for each resident. • Accompanying, in a multidisciplinary team, the resident and their relatives in end-of-life and support care, within the framework of the palliative approach and end-of-life care. Speaking with the resident and/or their relatives with respect and dignity. Ensuring the maintenance of the residents' direct environment in compliance with hygiene rules. Ensuring the maintenance of equipment, furniture, and administrative and logistical activities within the care unit. TRAINING AND knowledge: CRS health auxiliary certificate or equivalent. A experience in geriatrics or psychogeriatrics is desired. Mastery of usual office tools and DIR\-SADIES or ease in computer learning. Oral and written mastery of the French language.
