Embedded in our Production Center in Wülflingen, the PE-Force department in Wülflingen produces and assembles various highly precise, quartz crystal-based sensors for an extremely wide range of applications, from the automotive industry to plastics processing and injection molding to medical technology. These include piezoelectric 1- to 6-component sensors for detecting forces and moments in up to three spatial axes, torque sensors, as well as strain sensors. In our production area, we manufacture these demanding sensors from A to Z with high precision and quality responsibility on our independent assembly line. As part of a replacement search, we are looking for our well-coordinated team, a technically savvy personality with a knack for the smallest components, who ensures the worldwide quality of our sensors with precision and attention to detail as   Sensor Assembler PE Force (m/f/d) 100 % Your typical day ## • Precise assembly: Using digital instructions, you assemble individual parts and sub-assemblies in alternation between fine and coarse manual assembly (working with tweezers and microscopes) into highly sensitive sensors • Technology in use: You operate and monitor modern production equipment such as laser welding devices (CNC), testing systems, and perform simple maintenance work on your tools and equipment • Versatile manual work: You build up small individual parts into measuring elements using tweezers, and assemble these into finished sensors, operate equipment, solder, glue, and encapsulate components and test the sensors • Quality assurance: You perform sensor calibrations and ensure compliance with the highest cleanliness standards as well as quality controls, partly directly at the equipment • Process optimization: You improve assembly processes and ensure that the corresponding instructions remain up to date • Preparation: Cleaning components and preparatory tasks for the next assembly step are also part of your versatile tasks Your profile ## • Requirement profile / Background: You bring at least 3-5 years of professional experience in micro-assembly in a similar environment and have completed a basic technical education (e.g., watchmaker, dental technician, precision mechanic, etc.) • Tact: You have a steady hand and are confident in handling small parts (1-3 mm) - you work with us using tweezers and microscopes • Technical and linguistic understanding: You can reliably read and understand digital drawings and instructions and implement these specifications precisely. Good German skills in speaking + writing are therefore required • Flexibility: You love variety and bring enjoyment to job rotation / workplace changes (approx. 3 x per week). Currently, we work in day shifts; however, in the future, a 2-shift model (06:00-14:30 and 14:20-23:00) may be added if required • Fitness & precise way of working: You are physically resilient (20% standing activity, 80% sitting activity) and your way of working is highly concentrated, exact, and characterized by a strong awareness of quality • Modern team spirit: You describe yourself as a multicultural, motivated team player with good PC skills (MS-Office, Teams, ideally SAP knowledge) and are open to learning new things Apply now !
