Work location: German-speaking Switzerland For our client, a successful industrial company, we are looking for a reliable and motivated personality as Production Manager / Plant Manager Production (m/f/d). You will take on an important leadership task and ensure that production runs smoothly, safely, and with good quality. Your tasks • You plan and organize production at two locations. • You lead and support the foremen as well as the production employees. • You ensure that orders are completed on time and in high quality. • You plan personnel deployment and maintain an overview. • You ensure that all safety regulations are complied with. • You work closely with the Purchasing, AVOR, Quality Assurance, and Production departments. • You are co-responsible for the maintenance and servicing of the machines. • You lead projects and help to improve processes. • You support digitalization and help to make processes simpler and more efficient. Your profile • You have completed a technical or production-technical education. • You have experience in a production plant, ideally in metal processing. • You have already led a team for at least three years. • You work independently, organized, and reliably. • You can plan well and also maintain an overview in hectic situations. • You make decisions and take responsibility. • You are interested in digital solutions and new technologies. • You speak and write German well. • English or French skills are an advantage.
