On behalf of one of our partners, we are looking for an Electroplaste (H/F). Your future responsibilities: • You will prepare and carry out series changes while ensuring the stability of the processes. • You will provide technical support to operators and intervene in the resolution of production problems. • You will participate in the analysis of malfunctions and the implementation of continuous improvement actions. • You will train, support and replace operators when necessary. • You will support the trainer of electroplaste apprentices and contribute to the transmission of the profession's know-how. Your profile: • You hold a CFC in electroplaste. • You have an excellent mastery of the equipment and production processes related to your field. • You are familiar with basic problem-solving tools and continuous improvement approaches. • You are comfortable with common computer and office tools. • You are recognized for your leadership, methodical spirit and ability to unite teams. • You show initiative, good relational sense and appreciate knowledge sharing. • You are solution-oriented, autonomous and have a strong team spirit.
